The passion that Ray illustrates for motorsports go back as far as his memories. Growing up in a family of mechanics and racing fans, he was exposed to the racing world at a young age. While a student in high school, he was asked by a trusted friend (who later became his brother-in-law) to help acquire funding for his family’s short track team, Dew's Motorsports - and as they say, the rest was history. Ray has worked with companies from various industries, building and managing sponsorship programs such as Harley Davidson and LS Tractor.
