NASCAR Meet and Greets – How Do You Get Involved?
NASCAR Meet and Greets
NASCAR meet and greets are a one-of-a-kind experience! How many other sports do you know of that athletes are so accessible right before the big competition? That’s right – not many! Whether it’s to say, “good luck”, to get an autograph, or to grab a photo with your favorite driver, most of the drivers are more than willing to get to know their fans. Even if it’s just for a minute, meet and greets can make an impression on your experience as a fan.
So, the big question is, how do you get to that point? Is it on the actual race day or an off day? What exactly are your options for meet and greets? Wolfpack Racing is here to help you get started!
Autograph Session
One of the simplest but greatest ways to get up close and personal is going to an autograph session! NASCAR meet and greets like this type of appearance are unique. Most drivers don’t mind taking photos, signing autographs, or, if time permits, even having a short conversation! Posted on the driver or team’s website, information about autograph sessions can generally be found online.
Pit Passes
One of the most obvious ways to get involved in meet and greets is to get yourself a pit pass! Here you can meet drivers, and even meet the ones who we don’t often recognize – the crew! Pit passes may not be readily available for all tracks! For the ones that they are, you can purchase them online at the track’s official website.
Q & A Session
Although this isn’t the most ideal way to get an autograph or even take a photo with the driver, a Q & A session is a part of NASCAR meet and greets that guarantees that you get to see your favorite driver in person.
